Pat has sat with several committee groups such as HAP (Housing Affordability Partnership), SCPI (Supporting Communities Partnership Initiative).

Hap brings partners and innovation together to create more affordable housing opportunities for those less fortunate on Southern Vancouver Island.

SCPI evaluates suitable projects and recommends funding made available by federal grants. The focus of the SCPI steering group is safe affordable housing and enhanced supportive services.

The goal of Caporale Construction Ltd. is to create healthier, more energy efficient homes. As a certified R-2000 builder, Pat is trained in the latest technology and must maintain annual ongoing education & upgrading in order to retain R-2000 Certified builder status.
